Bread crumbs: One cup
Garlic: One clove
Eggs: Three Large
Cheese: Romano (One Cup)

Actual Preparation

Use an extra large bowl and combine the eggs with the veal, beef and pork. Next, you want to introduce the salt, cheese, and bread crumbs.
Then include cheese, salt and bread crumbs. 
Lastly, you need to bring in the garlic (make sure it is minced). Now it is time to mix all the ingredients. You want to make sure that you add the garlic in increments so as not to have a single meatball that has more garlic then the others. Make sure that you keep the actual size of the meatballs to about three inches or so, this will allow you to walk away with about fifteen meatballs with a lb. of meat.

NOTE:  Many people will make the mistake of combining the sauce with the meatballs but do not do this as it takes away from the flavor. Instead, you should cook them in the oven. I prefer to set the temperature to 370 degrees. You want to bake them for about twelve minutes on both sides.
